Sabine State Bank utilizes fraud detection services on both debit cards and credit cards. Customers may receive text messages asking them to (a) either verify transactions as legitimate or (b) to contact the fraud center at a provided toll-free number. The fraud center will only ask to validate transactions to make sure they are legitimate and not fraud. The fraud center will not ask for debit card or credit numbers, social security numbers, account numbers, PINs, or other sensitive information.
